Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. There are a few things I'll like for you to verify. First, I would like for you to check the settings in the webmail preferences.
If all those settings are accurate, the next step would be to reset your email service in the program. In the same Send Form area, click delete to remove the email. This article shows how to connect your email once again. Keep me posted and let me know if you've any additional questions.

Once done, you can send this outside QuickBooks.
