Does anyone there test anything before you guys release an update? Looking at this forum, and the number of very significant new issues lately, it would seem not.
I reported this as well yesterday Case # 15106265845 and thought we had resolved it but not really:
See attached picture showing the PS on the screen of MacBook Pro and then what actually prints (Oddly only with the PS, the Invoice prints fine). Also tried downloading the pdf and then printing it, and while the df looks fine on the screen, it prints the same blank sheet (except for the company logo).
- While on with support, we tried different browsers and we were able to get it to work on Mozilla FireFox (which I had stopped using due to a previously issue with QBO).
- Since we could not get it to work on Brave, Chrome or Safari; the recommendation was to clear the cache of those browsers and try again. Which unfortunately did not work.
