I appreciate your feedback about Payroll Summary by Employee Report. I want to ensure customers like you are having the best possible experiences while working with QuickBooks and reports.
At this time, this is how the system works with this report. By the time you open the report, you can filter the Date Range, Employee, and how you want to Display the Columns. To save a copy of the report, you can either tap on the Printer Friendly or Export to Excel tabs. This way, you can print or save the transactions to Excel.
I can see the importance of saving the current customization of this report for future use. I'll ensure to pass along the information to our product developers to know the feature needed.
