Cash Flow Planner clickable page numbers have disappeared! please, please return them!

Previously, we had page numbers that allowed for quick, predictable navigation through our projections. Now, we are limited to forward and backward arrows. While I understand the goal might be a "cleaner" look, this change has significantly hindered my workflow for a few reasons:

  • Lack of Orientation: Without page numbers, I lose my place easily when comparing different sections of a long-term forecast.

  • Wasted Clicks: Jumping several months ahead now requires clicking an arrow 5–10 times instead of a single click on a specific page number.

  • Efficiency: For those of us managing high-volume transactions, "infinite" scrolling or arrow-only navigation feels like a step backward in usability.

Cash Flow Planner clickable page numbers have disappeared! please, please return them!

It is especially painful that I now have to click the forward arrow 80 times to jump to the future-most entries and then the same 80 clicks to return the beginning. Literally 80 times! previously with the page numbers, you could always click on page "1" or the 'last' page to quickly jump from one end to the other.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, Planner_user. I appreciate your detailed information.

I can certainly understand how clickable page numbers would save you time/clicks when navigating long-term forecasts and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates page.

There's also the option for exporting the report if necessary. You can download an Excel CSV file of it by using your Download Report drop-down list.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with your cash flow planner which may come in handy moving forward: Use the cash flow planner
