All of my chart of accounts category disappeared and won't come back, the techs cannot seem to fix it.
I cannot work until this is fixed, any thoughts ?

We did this several times, the Tech staff cannot figure it out and remain un-helpful. I don't know what to do ?
Cannot run my books with out this. My chart of accounts are in the program and my categories are also there just a broken link between the pages.

Done all of these, Pinoy staff are not trained on these issues and the US staff are not available. I have spent 4 hours today trying to resolve this matter, not sure if anyone at QB-Intuit is trying to fix my problem from tech support overnight. so much red tape. I may go back to Excel.

All expense categories I have created over the last 4 years, except for 2 have disappeared. I have a meeting scheduled but this doesn’t help me as I work on my 2023 taxes. (Filling late)
