I think without knowing what kind of organization or business you run, it is hard to answer that question. Do you accept contributions from that church often? Why not create its own revenue account like "XYZ Church Contributions." Then at tax time your accountant can figure out the appropriate way to deal with the total. If you receive contributions from various churches, the name could be "Church Contributions."
