Clients paid invoices through Quick Books but I don’t see the payments in our account yet. Where can I find the payment transaction status and history?

Hi there, @userjeremiah2911fitn.

 

Checking the payment transaction in QuickBooks Self-employed is currently unavailable. However, you can check the status of the invoice if it's paid in the Invoices menu.

 

This is how it looks like when the invoice is paid through QuickBooks:

 

 

If you're not able to see this even though your customer said that he already paid it for more than 3 days, you can check this out with our QuickBooks Self-Employed Care team. They have the tools to verify your account and check further what has caused this.

 

However, if your customer just paid you 3 days ago after purchasing. You will receive the payment within 2-5 days of business days lead-time. If this is your first time receiving payments, QuickBooks will make a test deposit for the in and out transactions that may take time.
