Thanks for reaching out to us here today, @Txroofer.
I have some information about filtering the report by customer. Since these reports will show the customer's name by default, you can export the report into Excel and filter the customer name from there. Let me walk you through how.
- Go to Reports, then select Customers & Receivables.
- Choose either Open Invoices, A/R Aging Summary, or Collections Report.
- In the report, click the Excel drop-down. Then, tick Create New Worksheet.
- Click Export.
An Excel spreadsheet will open you can highlight the customer's name column and Filter. For more information about exporting, check out this guide: Export reports as Excel workbooks in QuickBooks Desktop.
Also, if you're using the sales by rep or the Rep field on your invoices, you can just filter your report by rep to view the customer under a specific sales representative. Please refer to this article for details: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Keep me posted if you still have questions or concerns with reports. I'll be happy to answer them for you. Take care and have a good one.
