Hey there, @ddddddd.
Let me help view your last 3 years' worth of data in the profit and loss report. This way, you can review your income, expenses, and net income for the last three years.
All you have to do is to customize its report period by year and print each data. This way, you can easily compare them together with your accountant.
Let me show you how:
Repeat the steps until you get all of the necessary information. Then, you can now compare them.
In addition, you can customize this report to have a better view of your business.

Hi Customer, @ddddddd.
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the profit and loss comparison concern you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
You can run a three year profit and loss comparison.
Go to Profit and Loss Comparison Report,
Report period "Custom", enter the current period.
Go to compare another period, check Previous Period (PP), enter the first of the three periods
Check off Previous Year (PY)
Choose your accounting method, cash or accrual
hit run report
This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Mary Masi!
