Due to a recent update under the new invoicing experience, the custom field feature is now available in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced subscriptions. With the new estimates and invoices, some functionalities aren't available with the Essentials subscription.
You can switch to the old version so you can use the custom field again. I'll show you how.

Yes, you'll still be able to add your company logo to your estimates and email them to your customers. You can upload up to 10 logos for different sales forms so you to represent your business brand. Here's how:
