Hi there, ______. Let me share some updates about this behavior.
I've checked our records and don't see any active investigations related to printing and previewing invoices with custom form templates. Since you're getting a similar experience while working with your entries, I strongly encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the expertise to conduct a comprehensive examination and investigation into this matter.

When I send to batch print 50% of the invoices are correct to the format I've chosen for 10 years now the other half is wrong. I've cleared my browser and followed the directs from the help email with no result's. This has to be a QuickBooks format error. I need this fixed now because I need to send 268 invoices for HOA dues this weekend. I cannot speak to a human to solve this problem only with this stupid automated system for no help. All this service crappy for $600 a year online!
