Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @TresQualls. I'm here to address your concern about being unable to email custom scheduled reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO),
I've checked my resources and confirmed an ongoing investigation regarding this issue. Please be assured that our engineering team is looking into this further to provide a fix.
We understand the urgency to resolve this matter. In the meantime, I suggest manually emailing the reports to your customers. To do that, please refer to the Email reports section in this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
While the investigation is ongoing, it's best to reach out to our customer service team so they can include you in the list of impacted customers. This way, you'll receive email updates about the progress of the investigation. To do that:
- Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
- Select Contact Us.
- Describe your concern and select Continue.
- Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.
Furthermore, QBO has the ability to export your reports to Excel so you can analyze them outside of QuickBooks and freely add information, which is helpful in generating business insights.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on a fix, TresQualls. Let me know whenever you have additional questions about scheduled reports. The Community is available 24/7 to continue assisting you. Stay safe.
