Buy now & saveHi,
I have custom reports created by previous employee which i am not able to view or remove.
But it's active and sending out emails as per it's schedule.
Who will have access to view? Primary Admin?
Is there anyways i can delete it.
I am currently using Quickbooks Online Plus
Thanks
I appreciate you bringing up your concern here in the Community, @Jasmin0710. It'll be my pleasure to share more information about access rights and help you manage your custom reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Yes, I agree you. The Primary admin is the main user who has access to every part of the QuickBooks account. Same as the Company admin except for updating or removing access of the primary admin.
While, Standard users have limited access like they are only capable with managing customers, sales, suppliers, and expenses. These users can enter timesheets, add users, update company info, or manage subscriptions. With that being said, the Primary and Company admin can delete and manage custom reports.
So, if you're not the primary admin of the company and you'll want to get rid of the custom reports, you'll need to request an access to your primary admin in order for you to view and delete the customize reports. I'd be glad to show you how.
Please keep in mind that If you're going to delete multiple reports, you'll have to do it one at a time since the option to select multiple reports and delete them together is currently unavailable.

Feel free to post a reply if you have any other concerns or clarifications in managing reports. I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Take care!
Hi,
Thank you for the suggestion. I have removed the reports from Admin accounts.
However they are visible in my own user account.
Does it mean the reports are not totally removed?
Thank you
