I have a number of custom invoice templates that I have been using for years without issue. Last week when trying to print an invoice to PDF, QB locked up.
I ran the rebuild data routine, tried different PDF drivers - nothing works. I can print other invoice templates (non-custom) and reports without issue.
Rebuilding these templates will take hours. Please advise of an acceptable solution. I have been working remotely with QB and company file on my local drive. Will exporting templates from my office computer and then importing to my laptop solve this issue?
Hello there, @EWagner.
I appreciate you for performing the steps to fix the issue when printing your invoices. I've checked our system and found that this has something to do with the Windows 10 update KB4560960.
Microsoft released an update to help resolve the issue, check out this link to learn more details: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4567512/windows-10-update-kb4567512.
If the issue persists, you can either change the file type of your logo in QuickBooks from JPG to PNG or uninstall the update in Windows 10.
If you need further help in managing Windows updates, I recommend consulting an IT professional.
Also, you may want to consider duplicating your template to have a customized display of all your forms.

Thank you! I saw your original post about Tool Hub but missed seeing this. I logged on to reply that I finally figured out it was the logo causing problems, after re-creating one of the templates.
Thank you for the follow-up. I saw your original replay about Tool Hub, which did not work. In re-creating one of my templates, I discovered it was the logo causing the problem. Then I saw your reply. I appreciate the quick response!
