Join nowI can not figure out where QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is storing customer phone number when our users are entering the phone number on the invoice in the customer area but not entering the phone number in the customer set-up. I realize this is an operation issue but I am trying to correct the invoices that have been created without having to go into each one. I really just need to reflect the correct phone number on reports. I pulled up every field available in the Customer Contact List report just to find out where the new phone number is being stored but no luck. Is there a chance anyone knows?

I see the point of going into the storage file instead of editing each invoice. However, we don't have this level of information here in the QuickBooks Support Community.
I recommend reaching out to our developer's support. They have in-depth information about the movements of data in our QuickBooks program, particularly the phone number information entered on the invoice page.
