Is your Customer not seeing a Pay Now link in their Invoice email? No worries, I'm here to help you check to see if the option is turned on in your account.
First, I'd like to check your Settings and make sure your Online Delivery is set properly so your Customers have the option to pay your Invoices Online. Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
Navigate to the Sales tab.
Locate the Online Delivery section and press on the Pencil icon to edit.
In the Additional email options for invoices drop-down menu, select Online invoice.
After going through your Settings, send a test Invoice to yourself and see if the Payment Link appears. If so, you can send the Customer a new email for their Invoice by following the steps I've listed below:
Go to Sales on the left-hand menu, then Invoices.
When you see the Invoice in the list of the transactions, click on the drop-down menu under the Action column and select Send.
