We've recently updated on how to reach out to our Customer Support Team, you'll have to sign in and click the Help icon.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help button in the top right corner of your screen.
- Click Contact Us at the bottom.
- Enter a brief description of your concern in the field, and click Continue.
- Hits Let’s talk.
- Choose to Get a callback or Start a chat to connect to a live support agent.
Also, may I know what specific issue are you experiencing right now? Any details about your concern would be a big help so we can sort your issue out.
