My Quick book on line is not working properly anymore and I cannot connect with anyone to help.
The persons I get on the phone do not understand my problem and keep giving me advices like log off then log back on. As if I did not try that already.
Anyone else have trouble with customer service?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
