Thanks for reaching out, Andiie.

Yes, you can do that by running a Customer Contact List report to include customer types when printing the data. We can customize it to include all specific customer details you want in your report. Let's walk through the steps together to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. In the left navigational bar, click the Reports tab.
  3. Select Standard reports.
  4. Enter Customer Contact List from the search bar and click on it.
  5. Go to Columns and add the Type column by ticking the box.

  6. Once done, click the More actions button and select Print/save as PDF.

  7. Hit Print to get your data.

Moreover, you may want to save your report so you won't have to do the customization process again in case you want the same information in the future.

You can also take advantage of our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team, which is now accessible for guidance on streamlining processes related to customers or their transactions. You can reach out to them whenever needed.

Do you have more questions about managing your customers or handling customer transactions in QuickBooks? You can let us know by leaving a reply below so we can get back to you. Have a good one!
