Dashboard change

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to retrieve the Profit and Loss feature on the dashboard. It could be that this is a browser error since you're able to match and reconcile them. 

You'll want to use an incognito window and check the dashboard from there. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error. These are some of the shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P  

Also, you'll want to clear the cache and make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can help in fixing any browser-related issues.

After performing the troubleshooting above, you can log into your QuickBooks account and check again the Profit and Loss feature. If it's still showing as "Profitability", please attach a screenshot of the page. That way, I can visually check how the entire page looks on your end.

You may also use the Audit log feature to see if there were changes made on the dashboard. It records all account activity such as user sign-ins, and changes to QuickBooks settings.

Logging in via private Firefox window is still the same, profitability tab instead of "profit and loss". 

I prefer not so share my financial info publicly, even redacted.

I appreciate you for performing my colleague's recommendation to get your query sorted out. Since the basic browser troubleshooting didn't work, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can assign someone to check and investigate your account to find out why your dashboard shows you Profitability instead of Profit and loss. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Toggle to the Search icon, and then click Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then click Continue.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:

• Start a chat with a support expert.
• Get a callback from the next available expert.
