Dashboard "Home screen"

My Dashboard "Home" screen has been down for going on 2 days...everything else seem to work fine. Anyone experience this problem?

I'm here to address your concern regarding the dashboard home screen that you have been currently experiencing. 

 

Upon checking, there's an ongoing investigation about the dashboard being down for days. I assure you that our product engineering team is committed to finding a solution and resolving this problem at your earliest convenience.

 

In the meantime, it is best to contact our support team to ensure your company is added to the list of affected users and monitor its progress.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?).
  3. To get started, select one of the tabs:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers by selecting a suggestion or typing a question. Talk to a human for further help.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
      • Start a chat with a support expert.
      • Get a callback from the next available expert.
