Hi there, @LBerry.
Let me step in and help you with your concern. In QuickBooks Desktop, you're not able to filter the date of the column since this is the default date header on that statement. However, you can export the report into excel and edit the report as a workaround.
You can follow these steps to export your report into excel:
You can save the report as Excel workbooks (.xlsx), CSV spreadsheet, or PDF's.
- Open the report you want to export.
- Select the Excel button at the top of the page.
- Choose Create New Worksheet to create a new Excel workbook. If you already have an existing workbook, you can update it with the data in the open report by clicking the Update Existing Worksheet. Locate the workbook on your computer by ticking the Browse button. Note: Please know that it will overwrite the existing workbook.
- (Optional) If you want to format your data in a specific way, click Advanced.
- Hit OK. Select the Export to open the report in Excel.
