Deposit Detail report

When I run a Deposit Detail report, why do some, but not all, bill payments show up?

Deposit Detail report

Reporting period or enabled/disabled filters can impact the data shown on a report, loilars. I'm here to help you display all your bill payment data in QuickBooks.

 

To start, kindly reopen the Deposit Detail report from the Report Center. Then, let's modify the date range and customize it accordingly:

 

  1. Select All on the Dates section or input it manually in the From and To fields.

  2. Click the Customize Report button, then Filters.
  3. Set Account to All accounts, then pick Bill payment as the Transaction Type.

  4. Ensure that the Preferred Vendor and Vendor Type filters are set to All.
  5. Enable other filters if necessary.
  6. Once done, hit OK.
