Do I have to upgrade my single user subscription to be able to see the "Memo" column when I look at a list of my customers invoices and payments??

There's no need to upgrade your subscription to show the column in the list. What you can do is to filter your customer's invoice and payments tab by clicking the Gear icon, then choose the Memo column to show it in your list.

Let me walk you through the steps on how:

1. Go to your Customers tab.
2. Select the customer.
3. Choose the Transaction List menu.
4. Click the Gear icon beside the Export button.
5. In the Show More drop-down, put a checkmark in the Memo box.

From there, you can view the customer's memo in the list.
