Hi, @janetwalkr.
I appreciate you reported the problem to us where QuickBooks Online (QBO) users can't print invoices after updating their MacOS to version Sonoma. I'm here to assist you with this.
Rest assured that our product engineers are aware of this ongoing case (INV - 93599) and are working diligently to provide a solution. In the meantime, I recommend you contact our support team first to add you to the list of affected users. You'll be notified through email once solution is available. Here's how:
1. In your QBO company, go to Help (?).
2. Select either of these tabs:
- Assistant tab and type Talk to a human.
- Search tab and click on Contact us to connect with a support expert.
3. Choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).
Please be advised that for Plus, Essentials and Simple Start subscribers, support will be available M-F from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For Advanced subscribers, you may contact support any time and any day.
After reaching our support team, let me guide you to a workaround in printing your invoices. From the Custom Form Styles page or under Customize on an existing invoice, please change the Template to Airy New when printing your invoices. Alternatively, you can download the invoice to your machine and print it directly from Adobe.
If, on the other hand, you're able to sign-in into QBO using a Windows machine or a Mac machine not on the Sonoma OS release, this would also work as another alternative to print your invoices.
When this works, check out the guide here if you need help recording your invoice payments: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
We appreciate your patience while we are working to resolve this issue. Please don't hesitate sending us a reply if you have any updates or further concerns about printing invoices. Take care.
