Does anyone know how to remove a shortcut key from Quickbooks? My + key automatically deletes the invoice I am working on and gives me the 404 Error.

The Plus (+) key on the keyboard isn't one of the shortcut keys for QuickBooks Online (QBO). This is quite unusual, so let's do a few steps to isolate a possible browser-related issue.

Before we proceed, hold down Ctrl + Alt + ?. This will open a pop-up window with the list of all shortcut keys you have in the system. Be advised, there's no option to change these keys into something else.

Going back to isolating a possible browser-related issue, please follow these steps:

1. Use your browser's private window. A private window disables browsing history and cache, which causes unexpected behaviors. Key combinations to open a private window are listed below.
   • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
   • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
   • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
   • Safari: Command + Shift + N
2. If that works, go back to your regular browser, then clear its cache.
3. In case the issue persists, you can also use a different browser, if available.
