Thanks for posting to the Community. It wasn't the experience that I want you to have with our Live Bookkeeping service. We aim to provide the best customer assistance at any time. I understand, and I'd be making the same actions if I find my books giving inaccurate information.
Currently, we're unable to give a phone number to reach our Phone Support team. The only way to contact them is by utilizing the Help menu in your QuickBooks Online account to get a callback.

It’s been BEYOND ridiculous trying to get support for advanced issues. I’ve had to ask THREE times for mine to be escalated to a manager and still no call back . I’ve had to give details EVERY TIME

The high volume of calls and the number of customers waiting in the line are the possible reasons why you didn't receive a callback immediately. I will be sure to let our Customer Care Team know about this to ensure you won't go through this kind of experience again.
