Does QuickBooks really have customer support? Live Bookkeeping totally screwed up my books and I don't even have an avenue to voice my complaint. Social media? Ideas?

Thanks for posting to the Community. It wasn't the experience that I want you to have with our Live Bookkeeping service. We aim to provide the best customer assistance at any time. I understand, and I'd be making the same actions if I find my books giving inaccurate information.

Currently, we're unable to give a phone number to reach our Phone Support team. The only way to contact them is by utilizing the Help menu in your QuickBooks Online account to get a callback.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Help and then select Contact Us.
3. Provide your query and then select Let's talk.
4.  Choose to Get a callback.
   

I've added a reference so you can contact us at your most convenient time: QuickBooks Online Support.

Please know that you can also share with us the issue in your books so that I and other Community members and backers will be able to fix it.

It’s been BEYOND ridiculous trying to get support for advanced issues.  I’ve had to ask THREE times for mine to be escalated to a manager and still no call back .  I’ve had to give details EVERY TIME

This isn't the kind of customer service I want you to experience, and I know how much time it can take to give or input the same details when contacting support. I'm here to help you connect with our live support in no time.

The high volume of calls and the number of customers waiting in the line are the possible reasons why you didn't receive a callback immediately. I will be sure to let our Customer Care Team know about this to ensure you won't go through this kind of experience again. 

For the time being, I would suggest reaching back to them following the steps provided by Jovychris_A above. This way, a representative can review the previous case you had and route you to the right level of support.
 

If you have the new Help menu interface, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then go to the (?) Help icon.
2. Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
3. When asked by the bot, enter a short description of your concern.
4. Select I still need a human.
5. Proceed with Contact us.
6. Click Let’s talk then choose either Get a call or Start messaging.
