Emailing reports in Quickbooks Online

Hi,

I'm trying to email the Statement of Activity. I generate the report, press the email icon, enter a valid email address, and press send. No errors, but the report is never sent. Am I missing something?

Sometimes, emails get filtered into spam or junk folders, which can prevent them from reaching the intended recipient. 

If your emails aren't reaching the recipient, you can have them check their spam or junk folders and whitelist your email address to make sure your emails always get through, ensuring your emails land directly in their inbox for timely delivery.

Hi, thanks for your prompt reply.

The report is not showing in the Sent Items folder for the email account that is specified to send emails. So this is not a matter of the report going to the recipient's junk mail folder - it's never being sent

In order to ensure that the report will be visible in the Sent Items folder, it's essential to double-check that the email address of your intended recipient is accurate then let's attempt to resend the report again.

Additionally, you can send the report to your own email address to check if it gets delivered successfully.

Furthermore, if the issue persists. I recommend contacting our Support team. They're equipped with tools and determine what's causing the issue and open a ticket if necessary.

 Here's how:
1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner of QBO.
2. Proceed to the Assistant tab.
3. Type in "contact support" in the chat box and press Enter.
4. Select Contact Support Team, then type in "contact support" once again.
5. Choose No, I still need help and click Contact Support Team.
6. Click Chat.
