I'd like to have a print out of each empolyee's informaton, as entered for each tab:
Personal
Address and Contact
Additional Info
Payroll Info ( and sub tabs)
Employment Info (and sub tabs)
Workers Comp
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,

Unfortunately no, there isn't a way to print all of the data you can enter on an employee record. However, you can print a lot of it by starting with an employee-based list report like the Employee Contact List (found at Reports | List). Run the report and then Customize it and select every column that is of interest to you. That's about as close as you can get within QuickBooks.
Hi there, .
There are lots of reports that are available in QuickBooks that you can customize and print the information that you needed.
Based on the data that you provided the report that we can utilize is the Payroll Detail Review report for you to see employee records, payroll item set up, and wage and tax amounts. Here's how:
Then after running the report you can have it printed.

If you have other questions, I'm happy to answer them for you. Just post it here as a reply and I'll take a look at it. Have a good one!
