This is an unacceptable response. Fix the bug. Not being able to pay bills -- or having to re-enter everything -- is not a viable response if you want to keep users.
I reported this issue at the beginning of October. On my last call, I was told “the next update will be November 19th.”
my books have not been reconciled or closed for September and now not for October. I asked for a refund for our monthly fees for October because this error has persisted all month. The response I received was absolutely ridiculous. I was told that I can still use QB, and our fee would not be refunded because this is “a software issue.” No joke. This is a software we are paying to use, but currently can’t!
