I've used QBO for several years and have (had) many reports set to "favorite" (i.e. starred). Today I logged into QBO and the Favorites section is completely cleared (no reports showing). What happened to all of my previously-marked reports? Most were standard reports, some were customized.
Let's make sure reports that are marked as favorites, appear on the section, Pitt.
It's possible this is happening because of a browser-related issue which mainly happens due to an overloaded browser that causes problems with loading or formatting issues on a website. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the problem.
To start, you can log into your account using an incognito window to see If the same thing is happening. Use the shortcut keys below to access the private window (incognito):
With this mode, this deletes cookies and browser history leaving your browser clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. If it works, return to the default browser and clear the cache. Clearing the cache gives you a browser fresh start and deletes some outdated files that are the cause of what you are experiencing.
However, if it's still not resolving the issue, I suggest switching to a different browser since it often comes down to personal preference. Some browsers also offer extensions and addons which can be installed to give a new or different functionality to your web browser. Some of these add-ons aren't available for the browser that you use. Once everything is already working perfectly, add the reports again to favorites.
Moreover, learn how you can memorize reports if you want the same settings of the customized report to be available for future use. I've added this article for more information: Memorize Reports In QuickBooks Online.

thanks for your reply. I already *only* use an Incognito window in my Chrome browser to access QBO. I ended up getting an Intuit/QB cust svc rep to help. we looked around at a few screens in QBO and then when we went back to the Reports screen, all the favorites were there. The CSR said it was probably due to QBO being in a beta version currently and that going in and out of screens would possibly clear/refresh info. So, I *guess* I am all good now. Too bad the beta version is out in production with issues like this still in place, but that's just the way things go.
