I was able to upload a feed but it was only 1/4 worth of transactions. Most of them that carried forward were coded wrong. Has any anyone experienced this? Thank you
Hello, ohv.
I understand the trouble you're facing with the transaction import. And I know how frustrating it must be to have incorrect coding on most of your carried-forward transactions. I've checked with my tools to see if there is an ongoing issue with First Citizen Bank about missing transactions and wrong coding, and I found no similar problem.
Let's work together to resolve this issue. I want to ensure that your transactions are accurately coded and you have a smooth experience with QuickBooks. Could you please provide me with more details about the specific affected transactions? This will help me investigate the problem and find a solution for you.
In the meantime, I recommend reviewing the transactions that were imported incorrectly and making note of the correct coding for each one. This will help us rectify the situation more efficiently. Rest assured, we will look into this matter and work with you to ensure that the incorrect coding is corrected. We can explore options such as manually adjusting the transactions or re-importing them with the correct coding if necessary. For more information, you can check out this article about WebConnect: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Once issues have been resolved and to ensure the accuracy of your transactions, we can start categorizing your data. Here's how:
By categorizing your online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online, you can ensure that your financial records are accurate and organized. It also helps generate meaningful reports and track your business expenses more effectively.

Guess what?! It is July 2024 and I am having an issue with First Citizens Commercial Advantage bank connection with QBO; it does not connect. Sounds like an issue which happens each year. Just spent 50 minutes on call with QBO assistant, and not fixed. I have not had a connection for a month now, since middle of June. What the heck?! I get these messages: "First Citizens Bank Commercial Advantage isn't available.
We can't connect to First Citizens Bank Commercial Advantage right now. Try again later.(102)"' Anyone else is having problems now, in 2024?
