First, QB sends out a bunch of unrequested late payment notices to my clients. Then chats and phone calls w/ QB get dropped! What in the hell is going on with QB???

Hello there, danhurst.


This isn’t the kind of experience I want you to have when using the product’s feature. I’m here to help make sure your clients will no longer receive unrequested late payment notices.


The issue you’re experiencing occurs when the Reminders feature is turned on. We’ll have to deactivate it to prevent QuickBooks from sending automatic reminders. Let’s go to the Sales section to accomplish this task.


Here’s how:

 

  1. In your company, press the Gear icon in the upper-right and select Account and settings under Your Company.
  2. Tap the Sales menu on the left panel and click the Pencil icon for Reminders to see more options.auto reminder.png
  3. Go to the Automatic invoice reminders section and move the slider to the left to turn off the feature.auto reminder1.png
  4. Press Save and Done.
