Let me share some information about 1099-MISC form in QuickBooks Online.

 

When mapping the accounts for 1099-MISC, make sure you set up the accounts accordingly.

Well, it turned out to be a simple solution.  All I had to do was RIGHT-CLICK on the list of expenses and it let me do multiple lines. Would be nice if they mentioned that somewhere or anywhere.  I can't think of any other place where I have to right-click in QBO!
