You can complete the reconciliation with that one transaction uncleared and then make an adjustment by creating a journal entry. In this process, it's best to consult your accountant to ensure the affected accounts and amounts are correct. You can also find an accountant if you need one.
Here's how to create a journal entry:
- Go to the Company menu and choose Make General Journal Entries.
- Complete the fields to create your journal entries. Ensure that your debits equal your credits.
- When you're done, click Save or Save & Close.
