Full Project Report

I am pretty new to QB DESKTOP, so I hope this is not too simple and I just don't have the experience.

 

Here is what I need.  I am looking for a report that has the detail of a project - Like the invoices report found here. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/reports-and-accounting/report-showing-invoices-pai...

 

The only thing missing is the incoming invoices from subcontractors.  Is there a field or something I can add to get the subcontractor billed and payments under this report as well?  Thanks in advance.

Full Project Report

Hello @DonaldWill19355,

 

Let's create a custom report so you can see the transaction detail for your jobs or projects. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Custom Reports.
  3. Click Transaction Detail.
  4. Under Display, select TypeDateNameBilling StatusPaidAmount, and Amount Paid on the Column section.
  5. On the Total by menu, select Customers.
  6. Select Filters.
  7. Under CHOOSE FILTER, select Transaction Type.
  8. On the Transaction Type menu, select Invoice and Bill.
  9. Click OK twice.
