Let's create a custom report so you can see the transaction detail for your jobs or projects. Let me show you how.
- Go to Reports.
- Select Custom Reports.
- Click Transaction Detail.
- Under Display, select Type, Date, Name, Billing Status, Paid, Amount, and Amount Paid on the Column section.
- On the Total by menu, select Customers.
- Select Filters.
- Under CHOOSE FILTER, select Transaction Type.
- On the Transaction Type menu, select Invoice and Bill.
- Click OK twice.
