Using another browser is one way to deal with printing issues. Though, I have some news regarding the PDF header error message, and solutions on how we can resolve it. 

 

Are you trying to batch print those invoices? If so, we do have a reported issue regarding the missing PDF header error message. Our engineers are working to find the root cause of the problem and fix it. 

 

The problem happens only when you print invoices in batches. As a workaround, you'll want to print them one at a time. 

 

Also, you'll want to reach out to our support agents so they can add you to the list of affected users. Our engineers will send you an update regarding the issue through email. 

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

For the new "Help" menu interface: 

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon.
  2. Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
  3. When asked, you can type "Affected by missing PDF header error message when batch printing invoices. Issue reference number: 

    INV-51981" in the bot chat box. 

  4. Select I still need a human.
  5. Proceed with Contact us.
  6. Click Let’s talk then choose either Get a call or Start messaging

For the old "Help" menu:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button.
  3. In the What can we help you with box, enter "Affected by missing PDF header error message when batch printing invoices. Issue reference number: 

    INV-51981."

  4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.

However, are you printing one at a time instead? We don't have any reported issue when doing this as mentioned before. This might've been caused by a damaged PDF reader. In this case, you can repair or do a test sequence to fix the problem. Check these articles for the steps:
