Has anyone been doubled billed by Intuit (quickbooks)?

I was first billed by intuit for my subscription on the 2nd of the month. Then I started getting billed also on the 20th. I cannot get through to anyone

To contact our support:

  1. Sign in your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help(?).
  3. Select either Assistant or Search tab to get started:
    • Assistant: To get quick personalized answers. Select suggested options, or type a question or topic you need help with, If you decide that you need further help, you can still Talk to a human,
    • Search: To search for QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with our support team
