There are many possible reasons why your QuickBooks is freezing during the navigation. Please note that the performance of our product will depend on your system.

Also, you can perform browser troubleshooting to isolate and resolve the freezing issue. Since you're getting unusual results, the browser's stored cache may be full. It can cause uncommon behavior, such as not being able to access features seamlessly.
I'd suggest accessing your account using a private browser. It doesn't store data in the cache. It's a great way to isolate browser-related issues.
If you're using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press the CTRL + Shift + P shortcut on your keyboard. For Safari, hit Command + Shift + N. Press CTRL + Shift + N if you're using Google Chrome.
From there, create a new transaction or receive a payment from an existing invoice. If it works, let's clear your browser's cache to get back on track and for it to function efficiently.
If private browsing doesn't work, use other supported web engines. This a great method to identify if the problem is related to the browser or system.
