Has anyone experienced slow reaction time while doing invoices? My connection is awful and it's not my internet.

date is slow to react - circles and then you have to hit wait - or it just stops working all together

You mentioned you are getting circles. It could be a browser issue. To sort this out, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps. Start by opening a private browser or an incognito window on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

After this, clear the browser's cache so the system can restart. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate.
