Hello accounts,
I'd be glad to help you out with this.
First, you need to set up a customer with a (Euro) currency by following these steps:
Then, create the invoice transaction by clicking the Create (+) icon, and selecting Invoice under Customers.
When you run the Profit & Loss or Balance Sheet report, the amount will be converted to your home currency. However, you can click on the Sales amount, and customize the transaction report to include the other currency.
For any clarifications or other concerns, please let me know. Thank you.

Can I change the currency an existing customer pays me with?
I turned the Multicurrency feature on, but when I try to edit the client currency, the drop down menu is not active.
Hello there, @andmargit.
Thank you for joining this thread. I can share some insights about the multi-currency feature in QuickBooks Online.
The option to turn off and edit the Multi-currency mode is unavailable. Thus, the currency you assign for a customer, vendor and/or bank account on its profile remains and cannot be changed.
