Hello! With the new updates to the QuickBooks Online app, how do you print an invoice directly from the app?

You can still use the Print option at the bottom of the screen. If you're unable to see it, you can press Ctrl + P on your keyboard for Windows and Command + P for Mac. Let me show you how: 

1. Open the invoice.
2. At the bottom, click Print or Preview and then Print or Preview.
3. Select Print.

I’m looking to print directly through the app on my phone. I do most of my business through my phone throughout the day not on a computer.

Yes, you still have the option to print your transaction from the new release update. You'll just have to open the recorded invoice and click the three dots or options button at the upper-right of the screen and click Print. If you have a different device and doesn't have this option, you can select Preview and print it from the PDF file viewer.

That still does not work. There used to be three dots at the top to print, now it says preview. The only solution I have found is to go to More—> share via—> email it to myself—> and then print the through email which is a ridiculous amount of steps. There needs to be an option to print from the invoice in the QuickBooks mobile app. The update is absurd and super clunky, prioritizing visuals and transitions over usable functions.

You can send this matter through the Send Feedback option within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This way, our management and engineering teams could take action to help improve your experience. I’ll show you how:

1. Log in to your QBO account in a browser.
2. Once open, go to the Gear icon and then select Feedback.
3. Enter your suggestions, then select Next.
4. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can select Skip and send message.
5. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then press Send message.
