Let me help you in updating your billing info, @jlp_designs.
Before you update your info, be sure you’re signed in as the master admin or company admin. For your security, only these users can update billing info.
Here are the steps in updating your payment method:
Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
From the left menu, click Billing Subscription.
Select the Pencil icon beside your payment method.
Update your credit card info.
Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.
At the next billing cycle, your new credit card will be charged. If you only changed the billing address, the change is immediate.
I've also listed below the payment methods that we don't accept for a QuickBooks Online subscription.
eCheck or ACH billing
Prepaid or gift credit cards. These typically have "Valued Customer" as the name on the card.
Cards not linked to a bank. For example, reloadable "cash" cards with credit card logos
PayPal and other similar payments types
