Hoe do I print a list of the additional bills paid

We can pull up the Bills and Applied Payments report and print it, Sharonc2.

 

It will provide you the list of paid bills and its payments. I'll show you how:

  1. Click Reports.
  2. Enter Bills and Applied Payment in the Find report by name field.
  3. Click the Print icon.
  4. On the report's preview page, click on the Print icon again.

Can the report show just the additional bills paid - where it says "Total of additional bills" - in our example $12,612.27 - the check lists the first 13 bills paid and the rest are summarized with the $12K - the total check is $16K.   thank you!

However I can see how this would be very beneficial to you and your business. any update on this .   

 

when selecting multiple bills  to pay via check  , the print out reports shows  total of additional bills.  

I want that report to show the additional bills  .

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the bill payment voucher displays up to 13 bills, with line 14 summarizing the rest. To view all additional bills, you can run a customized Transaction List by Vendor report. I'll guide you through the process.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Locate and open the Transaction list by Vendor report.
  3. Click Customize.
  4. Change the report period to All Dates.
  5. In the Filter section, change the Last Modified Date to the date the check was entered in QBO.
  6. Select Bill from the Transaction Type section and in the Vendor section, select the vendor from the drop down menu .
  7. Click Run report.
