Reports will use the home currency by default. You can explore using the BI app as a workaround for generating reports in HKD if you prefer to keep your current currency as your home currency.

Hello there, @Home currency. I'm here to provide additional information about changing home currency on your report.
In addition to @Fiat Lux-ASIA, you're unable to change the home currency on the report page. Changing your home currency can affect your previous reports or transactions within QuickBooks Online (QBO). That is why the product developers didn't include an option to change that easily.
You can only change the home currency of the company as long as you have not set up Multi Currency yet. If so, please follow the steps below on how change home currency.
1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings. Then choose Advanced tab.
3. From the Currency section, click the pencil icon.
4. Choose your Home Currency from drop-down arrow.
5. Select Save then Done.
Please keep in mind that once the multi-currency feature is turned on, QuickBooks doesn't allow you to change the home currency. This is to avoid messing up the account.
