How can I add a PayPal button to eInvoices? The help section specifically states that customers will be able to select PayPal. I do not see that as an option.

Hi there, lifechief.

The PayPal button for e-invoices is introduced as a Beta feature for selected customers in QuickBooks Onine (QBO).

Sometimes beta testing disappears or becomes live features. At this time, we are working on making sure the feature is best for you and your business.

You can always get back to me for any questions you may encounter in the future. I'm always delighted to help. Wishing you a continued success!

Is this still the case? I can't see the button now either. So how do I accept PayPal payments then?

Good day, youngel13.

It's really nice to have more payment options so the customers can choose which one they prefer.

We have to make sure that you have an approved QuickBooks Payments account. This will be added automatically as another payment method. Your customers will see this method when they open and pay the invoice from their email.

While accepting payments through PayPal is still on Beta feature, this will be rolled out to everyone once everything's good. For now, you'll want to let your clients pay through credit card, debit card, or ACH.

I have some articles here you can check for more details about e-invoicing:
