How can I apply already paid customer invoices to the "money in" section of the cashflow overview? Only unpaid invoices show up as "money in" while paid ones dissapear.

Note: Bank account is not connected, due to multiple invoices from many clients being paid in a lump some (insurance payments).

Welcome to the Community, @robert-tareen-gm.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about "money in".

I understand how important it is to know the flow of the money in your business.

Cash flow means the in and out movement of money. It tracks the open transactions. Once the invoice is paid, it will not show in the "money in" as it is already in a bank.

You can also check on how to track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online.

Get back to me if you have any additional questions about cash flow. I'm just a post away.
