There's one report that displays this information, Jim-vitalplan.
You can pull up the Customer Contact List report to see your customers' email addresses. Other transaction reports can't capture this information at this time. I'd recommend sending feedback to our developers to have this option available. You can send them through this link: https://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/.
Here's how to pull up the report:

Is there a way to create a report showing only customers that have email addresses? I've checked just the customer and the email address but it pulls up all the customers - including those without an emails.
Hello there, GIC.
Thanks for joining us here in the Community. You're already on the right path in running the report and checking the information needed. Allow me to add some additional steps to make sure all the necessary details are captured.
As what my colleague @SophiaAnnL mentioned above, the report which can show the complete list of your customers name and their email addresses is the Customer Contact List. Once you select those options in the Rows/Columns section, all the clients will show regardless of whether there's an email address in their profiles or not.
At this time, the option to automatically filter a specific group of customers with email addresses is unavailable. You need to manually pick who has this information in the Filter section.
Here's how:
You now have a copy of those customers with email addresses.
We'd also appreciate if you can share more of your thoughts about adding customization options with the reports in QuickBooks Online. We are always looking for ways on how we can improve the products that'll be beneficial for all users.
To do so, just click the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
Please let me know if you have additional questions with the process. I'll be around to help.
Have a great day!
I'm showing my lack of computer skills but...how do I screen shot the whole list?
Thanks for your quick response, GIC.
Worry no more! I'm here to continuously guide you through getting the information you need.
The screenshot step I’ve introduced in Number 6 is an option you can use to have a separate copy of the customers’ list. This can be your guide in selecting those customers with email address in the Filter section.
Here’s how you can screenshot:
If you’re unable to do the process, you can print a copy of it instead. Just click the Print icon prior to customizing it again. Please refer to the screenshot I’ve added above.
These steps should help keep you moving.
Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have other questions. I’d be delighted to answer them for you.
Thank you so much!
It's my pleasure to help, GIC!
I’m glad you’re able to get the details you need in the Customer Contact List report. Rest assured that I’m always here to help the best way I can.
