How can I change a long-term investment to a non-current asset?

I need to change a long-term investment that I have declared in current assets to a non-current asset, but I don't see the account in quickbook.

How can I change a long-term investment to a non-current asset?

You can set up an Long-term or Non-current Asset account as a sub-account of Other Assets and use the Transfer function (New > Transfer) to move the balance.
